- Human Resources: Hiring, training, managing, promoting, setting wages, discipline, scheduling, relief coverage coordination, licensing administration, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, sexual harassment training, OSHA, ADA, workers compensation administration, etc.
- Facilities Maintenance: Building and equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Operations Management: Workflow efficiency and quality control, inventory management, client service protocols and efficiency improvement, client communications
