Branchville Animal Hospital in Odenville, Alabama is looking for their next associate veterinarian. Our friendly, compassionate staff supports our DVM team in caring for our communities’ small animals, large animals, and exotics. We appreciate the knowledge and experience that each of our doctors bring to the practice.  We mostly see patients in the practice, but do house and farm calls as well. Our facility was renovated in 2018 and is a welcoming environment. This year we added a new equine dental float machine, a Phovea light therapy machine, a new dental machine, and a new Surgivet monitor. Being active in our community is important to us and we support the local humane societies (Greater Birmingham, Pell City), as well as private rescues such as Two-By-Two Rescue and Bama Bullies.

A new grad or an experienced vet would be a good fit on our team. There are no after hours, or overnights required. Our full-time veterinarian schedule is 4 days a week with rotating Saturdays. Our schedule is arranged so that all full-time doctors get a 3-day weekend every other week. There are no after-hours shifts and emergency calls are handled at local emergency clinics. 

Odenville is close enough to Birmingham to enjoy all that a major city has to offer (great dining, museums, sporting events, concerts, etc.) but far enough out to have a slower pace and lower cost of living. This is a great place to live and work and enjoy the best of both worlds, the city and a small town.
