The Founding Lead Veterinarian is the founding and lead veterinarian for Southern Veterinary Partners’ de novo (new) hospital in Boise, ID. This is a rare opportunity to build a veterinary hospital in partnership with SVP, one of the most successful operators of veterinary hospitals in the United States. The Founding Lead Veterinarian will have the opportunity to vest into hospital ownership incentives as he/she successfully builds the practice, adds teammates, and builds a raving customer base for the hospital. SVP’s best-in-class support functions will assist the Founding Lead Veterinarian every step of the way including with hospital design & equipment purchase, recruitment, marketing, medical and
