Practice Overview At our client’s hospital, the primary goal is to provide their patients with the highest quality medical care in a compassionate and caring environment. Their state-of-the-art hospital is equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, surgical and therapy lasers, surgical monitoring and anesthetic equipment. They understand that veterinary medical care is always evolving, which is why they believe that staying up to date with technology as well as challenging themselves to learn new techniques is vital to providing high quality medical care. Their team values the importance of quality medicine, which is why they live by the veterinary oath.
What You’ll Be Working On
Build and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat and manage a variety of small animal cases
Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Qualifications
Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Texas
New graduates encouraged to apply
Experience or interest in working in dentistry, soft tissue surgeries, and/or internal medicine cases
Interest in cardiac and abdominal ultrasound is a PLUS!
Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of care and service
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Team player with a passion for mentoring and working with others
