Are you a recent grad, or soon to be grad who has a goal to be clinically adept at dealing with a wide breadth and depth of cases as part of a team?
Our practice outlook is that we as GP's can accomplish a tremendous amount of advanced training and skills development outside of an institutional environment (while making a great living of $100-150K+ annually). We can specialize within our field post-graduation by simply having a desire to grow as individuals, and by seeking out the independent training opportunities that allow us to refine our particular areas of interest. An indirect, but awesome bonus to this.. is that we also build up our support staff teammates by diversifying their knowledge base and skillsets.
Areas such as; advanced dentistry and soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, critical care and avian/exotics.
With this outlook in mind, our team of 6 DVMs and 40 support staff strive to offer spectrum of care within our hospital walls. We do this by meeting the needs of our client base, even those with budgetary constraints.
Our focus goes hand in hand with a desire to educate and collaborate with our clients, so that we may work towards outcome based medicine offerings.
Our entire team is unified in this approach and leans on one another to provide the framework of knowledge and skillsets that allows us to achieve these goals.
Mentorship doesn’t just start and stop with new and recent grads. We know this, bcse we live it. All of our associates joined as as new graduates and continue to thrive, grow and are inspired to develop their future colleagues in much the same way. Our senior DVMs routinely seek out mentorship opportunities within our profession to ensure they are practicing current medicine and in the know of up to date veterinary trends.
We harness current therapies and technologies to help our team work smarter, more efficiently and always striving to improve the quality of medicine our patients receive.
This outlook combined with a 32-36 hour work week, regular 3 day long weekends and the beach 10 minutes down the road? You definitely need to check us out!
