Practice Manager

Orchard Road Animal Hospital, an AAHA Accredited, progressive, 4- doctor veterinary practice located in Montgomery Illinois, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Practice Manager. We seek a practice manager dedicated to developing and strengthening our current and future team members. You must have a proven track record for leading by example and creating a culture of teamwork.

Responsibilities also include oversight of operations, human resources, finances, marketing and providing direction for continued growth. We have a talented support staff of about 35 and a dynamic middle management team eager to assist with leadership. Our middle management team includes an office manager that handles all AP, AR, and payroll. We have a dedicated team member who orders all inventory.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years management experience required
• Previous experience in healthcare (not necessarily veterinary) preferred but not required
• Goal-oriented with strong leadership, time management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CVPM certification (or in the process/desire to actively pursue)
