We are excited to hire 2 new Veterinarians and our new Dentistry Suite is waiting for someone who has a passion for dentistry!  We welcome new grads and are willing to train and mentor.  We are a growing, progressive privately owned small animal practice, located in the quaint city of Central Square, NY. Exciting things are happening at Highland Animal Hospital!

We are seeking doctors that are looking to cover a wide range of services:

• Surgery
• Wellness Visits
• Urgent Care Visits
• Shelter Medicine (we dedicate 1 day a week to shelter surgeries - how cool is that?)
• Dentistry (with a new state-of-the-art suite!)

Our practice sits in the hub of Upstate New York where you will find affordable cost of living, a close-knit community, and a quality of life in the outdoors that we really like to brag about!  Do you enjoy the water?  We are located directly next to an inland lake and just a short drive to one of our nations five Great Lakes - Lake Ontario.  How about hiking - have you ever considered becoming a '46er'?  In just a couple of hours you can hike the 46 Peaks of the Adirondack Mountains.  Fishing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling....we have that too!

We are also just a few miles outside of the City of Syracuse - home to college sports, art and culture, festivals, excellent cuisine, and shopping.  Let's not forget our museums and historic buildings.  You can choose to live in an urban setting or a rural area!
