Associate Veterinarian – Small Animal

Brunswick Veterinary Hospital seeks to add a part-time or full-time Veterinarian to our team. Earn $100,000 to $140,000, for full-time (>32 hours), per year, no weekends or late nights. We are a modern, beautiful, AAHA accredited, privately owned, small animal hospital located in the Town of Brunswick, Troy, New York just a short drive from the beautiful Adirondack Mountains.

We offer manageable caseloads, with 30-minute appointments, and have a strong commitment to maintaining healthy work life harmony.

We are not open on weekends, or afterhours, and offer a very flexible schedule that fits whatever your needs may be. The clinic schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. After hours emergencies are referred to one of the three emergency clinics in the area. The Capital Region also has multi-specialty veterinary practices for referral, and we have a boarded veterinary surgeon available that performs some of our more advanced procedures.

The beautiful Adirondack Mountains, Lake Placid, NYC, Boston, Vermont and Massachusetts are all within driving distance and easily accessible via train and bus as well. If you want to live in a more rural setting, then the region to the east of the hospital is perfect for you! If the city is more to your liking, then the City of Troy and Albany are both an easy commute to the west. There is an abundance of things to do in the area including sports, theater, museums, and numerous outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and fishing.
