At our practice, we prioritize work-life balance, offering a flexible schedule of 4 workdays per week, generous time-off, and no after-hours emergency calls. Compensation:  

• Competitive salary: $140,000-$180,000, dependent on experience, with bonuses paid on production  
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
