Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Veterinary Medical Director to lead our dedicated team. This pivotal role combines medical and surgical expertise with leadership and administrative responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and practice management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Leadership: Oversee all medical and surgical cases, ensuring positive outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Team Development: Mentor and manage associate veterinarians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Operational Oversight: Collaborate with practice management to develop medical policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize hospital performance.
• Client Relations: Address patient care concerns and client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Strategic Planning: Drive the practice's vision and growth initiatives, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
• Active veterinary license in California.
• Proven experience in small animal medicine and surgery.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for practice growth and development.
