Hi! We are Egret Bay Veterinary Hospital! We are a privately-owned, small-animal general practice located in League City, TX (south of Houston but north of Galveston).
We opened in 2012 after Dr. Jacqueline Marcoux decided she wanted to start an openly Christian clinic. (You do not have to be Christian to work with us. This is a safe space for everyone! We do not judge, we do not force.) For years, Dr. Marcoux found it difficult to live out her Christian beliefs in the work place and was sometimes reprimanded for taking the time to be compassionate towards her clients. Thus, Egret Bay was founded based on core values inspired by Christ himself: Compassion, Honesty, Respect, Integrity, Service, and Trust. Her team now is encouraged to be kind, go the extra mile, and pray with clients if appropriate.
Our top-notch staff keeps our clients happy from check-in to check-out. Most of our staff is cross-trained and knows how to work up front and in the treatment area, so we can all understand each other's positions and help if needed. We pride ourselves on thorough work-ups and client education!
